I would like to take a moment to introduce Mr. Hall and express our sincere gratitude for the incredible impact he continues to make through our Manhood ABC Program here at San Altos.
Mr. Hall has been far more than a program director – he has been a mentor, an encourager, a role model, and a consistent source of support for so many of our young men who need intensive social-emotional guidance, mentorship, and someone who truly sees and believe in them. Through his leadership, the Manhood ABC Program has become a safe place where students feel valued, heard, supported, and empowered.
What makes Mr. Hall’s work so meaningful is the intentionality and heart he brings each and every day. Whether he is fellowshipping with students over a meal, leading meaningful conversations about the importance of home, school, and community connections, assisting students with homework, or simply checking in to ask how someone is doing, he shows our students what genuine care and consistency looks like.
When Mr. Hall steps onto campus, his presence is immediately felt. He brings a beacon of light, positivity, and encouragement that uplifts not only our students, but our entire staff as well. He takes the time to visit classrooms, build relationships, and support teachers. And ensure students know they have someone in their corner rooting for them.
The impact he has made individually with students and collectively across our school community cannot be measured. He has helped strengthen confidence, restore hope, build accountability, and remind our young men of their greatness and potential.
