Mission Statement
It is the mission of Manhood ABC, LLC (MABC) to challenge at risk adolescent boys with social and emotional deficits in the denominator of their learning. We will challenge them to make the numerator of their lives as men, as productive as possible. MABC is a Facility and Site Based Program (FSBP). This includes but is not limited to schools, community centers, juvenile halls and church buildings.
An adolescent boy’s education, examples and experiences will determine what kind of man he will be. It is the goal of Manhood ABC to assist, direct and challenge these boys. It is our goal to encourage them to take advantage of these three areas during the last stage (adolescence) of their formative years, as they approach their own manhood.
In April of the year 2020, during the initial stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, Manhood ABC, LLC was launched by Mark Anthony Hall. Having spent the last four years as the Director of Diversity & Community Outreach for Boys To Men Mentoring in San Diego, CA a new opportunity to serve the community has emerged.

Massachusetts Alternative Education Definition
Alternative Education is an initiative within a public school district, charter school, or educational collaborative established to serve at-risk students whose needs are not being met in the traditional school setting.
For the purposes of this definition, Alternative Education does not include private schools, home schooling, General Educational Development (GED) services, or gifted and talented programs. Alternative Education may serve some students with disabilities but is not designed exclusively for students with disabilities.
